Improve the social environment in Rotterdam with the following project. 1. Find people who want to do volunteer work 2. Find places/people who need volunteers. 3. Find companies (cinemas, cafes, etc) who want to stimulate volunteer work and arrange discount for your volunteers at those companies, in this way creating a help chain. May 3 2012
