I give you this poem today!

I treated my friend on Mexican food,
she paid the cinema instead
I kissed my boyfriend intensly,
now the flu keeps him to bed
I gave him halve an Edammer cheese,
but kept the other halve
I bought my neighbour fake champagne,
but drank the most myself
I gave the children nature lessons
and wallowed in their applause
Then I visited my parents,
but didn’t invite them to my house
How hard it is to give without
at least one selfish element…
I give you all these poem,
and I hope it makes you all content.
To make the people smile,
that is the least that I can do,
of course I hope you all adore me now,
and I’ll be famous too. :-)
