People sometimes forget that dancing is a very mindful activity and think that it may not be an approved mindfulness-meditation-practice. Organize a Wake Up day of mindfulness, with lot's of dancing and sharing about the joy of being in the moment with music :) July 21 2012

Start to grow your own vegetables! (You don't need a garden this can be done in plant pots and boxes) Encourage others to do the same and all share in the produce when its ready. Great for the environment, saving money and bringing people together :) June 17 2012

"@JW Does it say anywhere that he can not eat anything besides his own produce? It does not. Also one can easily grow veggies in his windows. Click here:http://www.ted.com/talks/britta_riley_a_garden_in_my_apartment.html I think it's a good idea, because growing your own food brings you closer to nature and you save money because you cut out the middlemen. If this were done on a large scale a lot of food would be produced locally which would mean that refrigerated trucks, planes, ships and supermarkets transport and store less food around the world. Which would cut down the worldwide carbon footprint and oil consumption. If not already; go Vegan! Or encourage others to do so. For animal products people and other animals suffer, the rainforest gets cut down, water and food gets wasted, it's bad for the environment and your health etc... Even vegetarianism already helps a lot! Would be curious how much people you could change :) June 11 2012
