And with this do you mean to change in a way that I become more peaceful, content, happy, loving, etc? And be without anger, frustration, aggression and other negative emotions?

Nooo, don't be WITHOUT anger etc.!! Hahaha, that would be an impossible challenge indeed! Just let them go whenever they come up, don't hold on to them (with your thoughts): be aware that these emotions arise and accept that they are part of you (for a while). If you like, you can meditate on the cause of these emotions (loads of interesting books on that ;)!), but this is not even really necessary :) Practicing like this, your life will become more peaceful, and you will enjoy the happy, loving and content moments more and more (not necessarily because there is more of them, just because you are more intensely aware of them).

I think maybe Dave would like to suggest:"be the change you wish to see in this world (Ghandi)", in a good way --> see yourself as the most important object of your time and effort for a month. Sounds very simple, may be the biggest challenge yet though ;)

Thats a good one Verena. 'Be the change you wish to see in this world.' Thanx. Indeed centre yourself. Try to cultivate the love for yourself. Self-love allows you to embrace who you are and, as a result, be come better at loving not only yourself but others and allows you to inspire the world.(?) Try to grow, develop in a spiritual way. Maybe visit a retreat, do vipassana meditation, talk to people that inspire you, read stuff about different traditions, go to lectures... and so one. :)
