The option fitting in the one-month-timing could be to layout this project and show it to several villages to incourage them starting it. Honestly, I took this from an article of the Daily Mail (UK): this is really happening in a small town in West Yorkshire, and it actually works! Several people startet to grow vegetables in unused spaces, there have been no damages and people are really taking care of the beads! See article here:

Moestuin means vegetable garden. It's a similar idea, only that with this idea the intention is also that everybody would be able to take and eat the vegetables/fruits that are growing. So more a city moestuin and not a little community moestuin.
