@Paul, hehe :-). (it's the month after though, because first all ideas from january need to close, which happens somewhere in the end of februari. So I will start with the winning idea from Januari in the beginning of March)

@Maarten, I didn't get that. I thought closing time is the end of January, so you can do what ever is voted for at some point in February, right?

Yeah, I still need to find a way to explain this better (or change it), because nobody really gets it.

Every idea has their own closing time (the amount of days in that month), because otherwise an idea posted on the 28th of January can never win from an idea posted on the 1st, because it only has three days to get popular... The downside of this is that I need to wait until all ideas of that month are closed before I know which idea is the most popular. Which will be somewhere in the end of February in this case.
