Can you not get Tom's shoes to deliver to the Netherlands? It's a nice buy one/give one concept... An idea from Bart

You buy a pair of shoes and you pay also for a second pair, to be given away. And they have some nice shoes. And i really would love to buy a pair. But it is not possible :(

I'm still not sure what to think of his line of thought. It leaves me a bit lost since I like these kinda concepts, buy one/give one. But just thought to share it since I had to think about it. I'll probably borrow the book from this philosopher to read more about how/why and now what?
